Our friends at Echelon Kitchen & Bar, Chef Joseph Van Wagner’s James Beard-nominated Ann Arbor restaurant, recently opened Hunã, a groovy tiki bar tucked beneath the dining room.
On Saturday, May 30, they’re handing Paper Sons BBQ the keys for the night.
We’ll be serving dim sum smokehouse bites, and our bar team is teaming up with Hunã on a special collaborative cocktail.
Because May is AAPI Heritage Month, and we’re grateful for the community that shaped this story, we’ll be donating a portion of the night’s proceeds to two organizations doing exceptional work: ACA Detroit and the Vincent Chin Institute.
No reservations needed.
Walk in through the door on Washington Street, just west of South Main. Look for the arrow.
